My role is to support you in achieving fulfillment and authenticity through family therapy, individual therapy, and relationship therapy, helping you to feel content with yourself.

I am Samar (she/her), a psychologist of Lebanese origin, committed to fostering authenticity and inclusion in every therapeutic relationship. I deeply understand the challenges of displacement, identity, and belonging, and I create a respectful, empathetic space where you are encouraged to be your true self.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, a Master’s in Neuropsychology and Cognitive Development, and a Master’s in Industrial Psychology. I am currently expanding my expertise by studying sexology. This diverse academic and professional background allows me to accompany individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges — from self-exploration and relational difficulties to questions around purpose, transitions, and well-being. I offer individual therapy, family therapy, and relationship therapy tailored to meet your unique needs.
My approach is person-centred, valuing your unique story and pacing our work according to your needs — no judgment, just genuine support.
Feelings of sadness, discomfort, anxiety, stress, and loneliness can often lead to a lack of self-confidence and loss of self-esteem. Experiences such as depression, abuse (whether physical, emotional, or sexual), grief, and burnout may also arise. Career challenges and maintaining work-life balance can add to these feelings, as can difficulties in relationships with your partner(s), family, friends, and colleagues. Exploring topics related to sexuality, questioning identity, and navigating gender identity and expression can also contribute to frustration in sexual relationships. Sometimes, individuals simply need to engage in individual therapy, family therapy, or relationship therapy to talk and take a step back from the challenges of everyday life.
As a psychotherapist based in Brussels, I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and integration issues, alongside questions related to identity, gender, and sexuality. My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, which means I aim to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for both individual therapy and relationship therapy. Here, you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences, whether you're seeking family therapy or looking to understand your personal journey.
In our practice, we offer therapy in French, Arabic, and English, including family therapy, individual therapy, and relationship therapy.

Are you looking for a space where you can be fully yourself — without judgment or pressure to fit into a mold? As a psychologist trained in the person-centered approach (approche centrée sur la personne), I welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Whether you're navigating questions of identity, adapting to a new culture, healing from past experiences or traumas, exploring your neurodivergence, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a respectful and empathetic space for both individual therapy and family therapy. Here, you can reflect, process, and move at your own pace, whether you're seeking support in your personal journey or looking to improve your relationships through relationship therapy.

Couples therapy and relationship therapy support for all constellations—monogamous, open, polyamorous, or fluid. We also recognize the importance of family therapy and individual therapy in enhancing personal and shared experiences. Together, we’ll work on understanding patterns, navigating complexity, and strengthening your connection in a way that respects your values and relationship agreements. Whether you're a couple or part of a broader network, we work together to strengthen bonds and navigate complexity with care and clarity.

Our family therapy sessions are designed to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within your family. I work with families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.
In addition to family therapy, I also offer individual therapy and relationship therapy to provide tailored support. I create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore the emotional impact of migration, your evolving identity, and the complexities of starting over. As a psychologist with lived experience of migration, I hold deep respect for your story, culture, and strengths — helping you reconnect with yourself and find your place, here and now.
