Providing personalized therapy for individuals, couples and relationships.

I am Samar (she/her), a psychologist of Lebanese origin, committed to fostering authenticity and inclusion in every therapeutic relationship. I deeply understand the challenges of displacement, identity, and belonging, and I create a respectful, empathetic space where you are encouraged to be your true self.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, a Master’s in Neuropsychology and Cognitive Development, and a Master’s in Industrial Psychology. I am currently expanding my expertise by studying sexology. This diverse academic and professional background allows me to accompany individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges — from self-exploration and relational difficulties to questions around purpose, transitions, and well-being. I offer individual therapy, family therapy, and relationship therapy tailored to meet your unique needs.
My approach is person-centred, valuing your unique story and pacing our work according to your needs — no judgment, just genuine support.
You may be going through a difficult period, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a space to talk and be heard.
As an English, French and Arabic speaking psychologist in Brussels (Ixelles and Etterbeek), I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace. My work is based on a person-centred approach, meaning that therapy is guided by your needs, your story and what feels important to you.
